- Cortex - Central AI orchestration system
3. User Accounts
To use MONKEE ai services, you must:
- Create an account with accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not share your account access with unauthorized users
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. BYOAPI Model
MONKEE ai operates on a "Bring Your Own API" (BYOAPI) model for certain services:
- You provide your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini)
- You pay API providers directly at cost with zero markup from us
- We do not store or access your API keys beyond encrypted session use
- You are responsible for managing your API usage and costs
- We provide cost estimates but are not liable for unexpected API charges
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use MONKEE ai to:
- Generate spam, misleading, or illegal content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Generate content that violates AI provider policies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
- Abuse rate limits or overwhelm our infrastructure
6. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain all rights to content you input into MONKEE ai (brand documents, topics, etc.)
Generated Content: AI-generated content (blog posts, social media posts, etc.) is owned by you.
However, AI-generated content may not be copyrightable under current U.S. law.
Our Platform: MONKEE ai software, code, and systems remain the property of One Click SEO.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Scheduled maintenance downtime
- Third-party API outages (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
- Force majeure events beyond our control
- Infrastructure provider issues (Render, Netlify, AWS)
8. Pricing & Payments
Current Model: Free access with BYOAPI (you pay AI providers directly)
Future Pricing: We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers. Existing users will be notified 30 days in advance.
API Costs: You are responsible for all costs incurred with third-party API providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
MONKEE ai is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Content quality or accuracy of AI-generated output
- SEO results or ranking improvements
- Third-party platform policy violations (WordPress, social media)
- Lost revenue or business opportunities
- Data loss (though we maintain backups)
Maximum liability limited to fees paid in the last 12 months (if applicable).
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Generate abusive or illegal content
- Fail to pay applicable fees (if pricing introduced)
- Compromise platform security or stability
You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
